Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga that focuses on stimulating the connective tissues of the body with the intention of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. The slow, mindful nature of yin yoga blends perfectly with a meditation practice and will leave you feeling rejuvenated and ready to approach your day. Bring a yoga mat, any props you may wish to use, and a light blanket or towel. Class takes place in the beautiful VanDusen Guides Classroom with panoramic views of the Garden.
