Join us on April 22nd to celebrate Earth day. In partnership with Shaughnessy Restaurant, we bring you an exclusive 5-course meal, featuring local & sustainable fare, as well as botanicals harvested from throughout VanDusen. Dine by candlelight, hear from Garden educators, experience hydroponic-cocktails, and enjoy a garden-inspired menu from Executive Chef, Pavlo Onopriienko.

Ticket Price:
$125 per guest for the five‑course dinner
$50 per guest for the optional wine pairing
Guests are welcome to share dietary restrictions when registering. We can accommodate vegetarian and vegan menus. Due to the set menu format, we are unable to accommodate allergies, dietary preferences or individualized menu requests.
